Ingredients Serving: 3 - 4
2 cans of Heart of Palm (cut them into small pieces)
juice of half a lemon
1 clove garlic minced
3 green onions diced
½ cup vegan mayo
¼ vegan plain yogurt
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
hot sauce with vinegar base (as much or as little as you want depending on taste)
¼ cup fresh parsley chopped
1 teaspoon dried dill
paprika (sprinkle on top)
Instructions
1.in a medium size bowl you're gonna make your sauce.... mix together the mayo, yogurt, mustard, hot sauce, lemon, garlic, dill and fresh parsley.
2.Next add the chopped up palm heart to the bowl with the green onions and mix well
3. Now cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour ( the longer you let marinate, the better the taste is)
4. When you're ready to serve, place the palm heart mix inside fresh rolls and sprinkle with a little paprika and enjoy!
