Ingredients
fresh bread of your choice (picture is a grains baguette)
1 avocado (sliced)
hummus (see link for recipe) or store bought
1 green heirloom tomato (sliced)
¼ cup fresh baby spinach
1 English cucumber (use a peeler to get the long ribbons, or just chop like normal)
red pepper flake
Instructions
prepare the hummus and prepare the tomato, avocado, cucumber
spread the hummus on your choice of bread, adding the avocado on top with the tomatoes and ribbons of cucumber, add some fresh baby spinach and then I love to sprinkle pepper and red pepper flakes on top and enjoy! If you're like me and like spice... sprinkle some of your favorite hot sauce on top
